Thierry Henry admits it is difficult to say he wants to control Arsenal.

Arsenal legend Thierry Henry admits he has to be careful with his words every time. He is asked about his former club. Especially with the question of whether you want to manage the team or not.

The former France international has achieved great success during his time at the club. And now he has changed to work as a team manager. With experience working as an assistant manager for the Belgian national team. UFABET As well as managing Monaco and the Montreal Impact. He is currently the coach of the French national team, U-21 team.

During an appearance on The Rest is Football. Henry was asked if he could see himself becoming manager of Arsenal one day.

Henry replied:

“It would be headline news! For once I was stupid enough to say it was every football fan’s dream.”

“They say Thierry Henry wants to be Arsenal manager, it’s very difficult for me to say that. Because when I say something about Arsenal, it’s immediately in the news.”

“I have a lot of respect for Mikel (Arteta). He’s done an amazing job over the last two years. I realize that when it comes to coaching, talking about Arsenal… There has to be a lot of respect for the overall situation.”

“Otherwise Mikel would be asked, ‘Thierry Henry said…’ You don’t have to ask these kinds of questions at a press conference. We don’t need to do that.”

Thierry Henry is also concerned about Mikel Arteta having to answer questions at the press conference about Thierry Henry ‘s comments. That might cause problems or possible misunderstanding.

However, Thierry Henry remains fully committed to his duties as manager of the France U-21 national team. But he would not rule out the opportunity to return to be a part of the club he loves if the opportunity arises in the future.
